This passed the Senate 22-16. --SB141: Links of London Dome Jade Charm large wind towers be set back from adjacent property lines by 1.1 times the height of the tower, except if the adjacent landowner signs an agreement allowing it. Referred to Senate State Affairs Committee. --SB169: Requires that a wind easement agreement "including all accompanying exhibits, attachments, provisions and documents," be recorded in the county Register of Deeds office. --SB188: This bill is designed to diversify the State Links of London Gingerbread Man Board.
